Bespoke Survey Application and Website

Judge Service is an online survey application designed to enable car dealerships and other businesses to send bespoke customer satisfaction surveys to their customers, gather statistics on the responses, fix problems and share both reviews, testimonials and referral offers on websites and social media.

After working closely with the client to develop a specification, we built a completely bespoke survey system with key features that include:

• Invites customers to complete surveys via e-mail, SMS or post

• Social media integration, so customers can share their reviews and referral offers via E-mail, Facebook, Twitter and other social media

• E-mail notification system to alert dealerships instantly to new feedback

• Graphs and reports for monitoring customer satisfaction

We also designed and built a website to represent the business. The website includes their own introductory videos, features and a handy dealership reviews search facility to allow users to find reviews of dealerships in their area.
