Our client, The Wensleydale Creamery, wants your support for their 'Yorkshire Wensleydale' PDO application.
The Wensleydale Creamery is applying for Protected Designation of Origin status for 'Yorkshire Wensleydale'. They are looking for support from people who believe that only cheese made in Wensleydale, using milk from local farms and made to a time-honoured traditional recipe should be called 'Yorkshire Wensleydale'.
