The team sign up for York 10k run to raise money for Martin House

This year the Extreme Creations team are supporting Martins House Children’s Hospice by running in the Jane Tomlinson's York 10k run to help raise money for Martin House Children's Hospice.
We would love it if you could dig deep for these very poorly kids and sponsor us on our JustGiving page.
As well as donating you might like to come and watch us on the 1st August, although it won’t be a pretty sight; the last time Mark ran anywhere it was August 1992. Serious training is set to commence shortly and Antony is having palpitations at the thought of it. There have been lots of questions going around the studio... how long is 10k in miles? How long will it take? Are there any pubs on route?
